Free People mini dress

This is a M Free People mini dress. It’s navy blue and crushed velvet floral design on it. I think I wore it once. Still in great condition minus the one row of stitching coming out in back as shown. But, you can’t really see it and doesn’t effect the structure of the garment. Can be worn as a dress or top with jeans. Fits true to size. Message me for measurements if interested.
