Great used condition. The skirt isn’t darker at the top, it’s a consistent burgundy (bad lighting sorry).No tag found for material but is very satiny with no stretch. Buttons 2/3 the way down the front leaving the remaining skirt open. Can be dressed up or down! Waist 14 Length 38 Feel free to ask me questions
