What is the length of the shortest and longest 'chains'?

@stephjwise so I'm not sure how to measure it since there is a lot of necklace to measure out and I am also terrible at anything number-related 😅 but here's my best attempt: when the clasp is hooked and the necklace is laid flat it measures at about 23" from clasp to the end of the crystal (lowest hanging point). When the clasp is open and the necklace is measured from end to end (the shortest length) it is about 28". I hope this helps! 😄
