Free People high-low short sleeve plaid dress embroidered keyhole opening size M

Free People high-low short sleeve dress. Dress is gray, white and blue plaid. Embroidery on the top front. Keyhole opening in the back. The size tag is missing, this looks to be about a medium, please refer to measurements for more accurate sizing. I did notice on the back, around the opening there was a small hole on the seam, and a part of the seam that looked slightly off, both are pictured. No other flaws seen.
