Free People dress with tags size Medium

NWT free people dress, very pretty peach and blue floral pattern and colors. Has sewn in slip underneath but arms are sheer material. I’m 5’5” and it hits just above my knees. Medium seams to run on the larger side. Tie waist so will fit probably medium-xl.
