jordbeez @bsharpless6 Hi! Yes it does say size M, but I was trying to put the size in terms of how Torrid determines size because most of my clothes are Torrid brand. So yes, it is a woman's size M (but it seems bigger than a M) and I am guessing it's a size 1x for Torrid comparison and a size 14 in women's sizes.
