Free People beach skirt set

A perfect cover up or beach vacation outfit! Can be worn as a top and skirt, or wear the skirt as a dress (shown in the white version). I am selling the black version. The top is adjustable and can be cinched up or down. I do not believe the skirt is adjustable, but the ties can be done in a bow or used as a halter top. Both pieces are a medium. IMO they run on the larger size, better for someone who is normally a medium/large. I am on the small/medium size, and I could never get this set to fit me well enough to wear (I received it as a gift). Only worn to try on, otherwise new
