Beautiful white dress. The fabric has a floral pattern on it. Embroidery on top. It’s a flounce type bottom and gathers at the empire waist. No stains. Length: the measurement from top shoulder to bottom of dress is 34” The empire waist is at 14” from the top shoulder. The empire waist width measurement is about 14.5”. The empire waist to bottom of skirt is about 20”. I am About 5 7” and it hits above my knee a little.
