Does it run big or small? And is it 100% cotton?

@suribe11 it runs big, and it’s intended to be oversized. Free people is still selling it but this color is sold out.
I bought it in a medium which fits like my normal size in this brand. The color is gorgeous; it’s a cotton wool blend, I’ll post the contents in a photo.

@duluthtrimom thanks I’m normally a xs/small but some of their cotton things shrink so I was hoping but I think this will be too big for me unfortunately
