sandistrauss @kristiecain74 so the issuse is that when i go to pay its impossible to complete process. keeps asking to log in, i do but but still wants verification. Strange because the last 4 numbers of my credit card shows but still will not complete.I have bought lots on real real - so easy!! I would like to purchase this top

sandistrauss this is crazy, really do not know what to do. Do not want to take so much time to make purchase. When i pressed buy now, does not go to payment, asked for driver license. Not sure how to scan, it took picture. Anyway so sorry for this process. I can send u a check if u like .

sandistrauss @kristiecain74 yes i think because the system shows the last 4 numbers of my Visa. Its the same card i bought etro sweaters with through poshmark and that tranaction took me quite a while to complete as i recall

realnicethreads @sandistrauss “Houston, we have a problem...”. Sorry, I know the trouble is frustrating just to buy a top. Poshmark won’t let us exchange personal info to make the transaction off of their platform. Someone tried before when they had an issue. Have you tried contacting them?

sandistrauss @kristiecain74 ii have in past but did not really get the help i needed! I am in car now, will try again later at home to buy. i go back to Saks on Sunday, maybe a co worker can help me. sandistrauss @kristiecain74. So when i click on BUY NOW, the system does not let me pay, it wants to scan my texas license. Never had to do this for any on line purchase with any company . I tried but did not scan, just picture with camera. The system does not surpass that and let me pay with my card. I have tried so many times they are suspious. Really do not know how to do this. Sorry for trouble, its a good offer for me but do not know how to pay. Thanks

realnicethreads @sandistrauss Hi Sandi. So sorry, I really don’t know what the issue is with your payment. Perhaps it’s the card you’re trying to use? Make sure you have your payment method set up correctly into Poshmark. But if you’ve done that, I don’t know any solution other than perhaps trying another card?

sandistrauss @kristiecain74 Hi kristie, i will make one last attempt to purchase the 2 tops for 45. So the issuue is NOT my card, think it was the scanning of TDL. If i do it correctly it will lead to payment card.At that point it should be verified. I will look at phone through out day to see if u are open. Thanks sooo much!

sandistrauss did scan front of License, sucess. Also asked to scan back, but it did NOT click, just kept asking to scan. Nothing happen. This is an overwhelming expierence!! Really can not handle Poshmark anymore !! So sorry. I will be at Saks tomorrow, possibly someone can help- but it works for front not back!
