Comfy cotton blend sleeveless mini dress by Free People. Size S. Could also fit XS - see measurements below. This is vintage Y2K, from early 2000s. Waist is slightly higher, see photos. Not exactly an empire waist. There are three rows of stitching that make up the actual waist band. The measurement from the shoulder to the top of that waistband is 15”. This is not for a tall person. Very cute style. Casual and sexy. Because this a soft cotton blend, there are slight signs of washing, but only if you really examine it up close. Zoom in to all photos. It’s in great condition. Measurements: bust is 32” (16” pit to pit), length from shoulder to top of waistband is 15”, waist is 32” (26” across), skirt is A-line so the hips measure 24” across, but skirt hangs softly around the hips, length from shoulder to hem is 35”. Love this dress!
