Free People Velvet Burn Out Tunic/Mini Dress

Gorgeous floral velvet mini dress/tunic that is semi-sheer and has a deep V-neckline. The dress has a slight flared shape that hits right at the waist with a handkerchief hem. Perfect to wear with stocked and boots throughout the fall and winter! Tags are missing as I purchased this from a sample sale directly from Free People headquarters in 2015. I am a size small (5 ft 4 in, 34B, Size 27/28 waist) and it is the perfect amount of flowy and long enough to wear alone or over leggings. Condition is very good, with little to no signs of wear. (note: distressed areas are intentional and were present when purchased new)
