@emilyslife hi! Yes it would totally fit a small, if you want to wear it as a dress it would work even better! It hits right mid thigh on me, and I always wore with tights or leggings only because it has the little tunic slits on the side! It's GORG for fall I always got compliments!!

No, I'm sorry! When I moved I kept most everything in this closet at my Moms in storage because my place is so teeny! I tried to find a old pic of me wearing it and couldn't find it online, but I'm 5"4ish if that helps!? Sorry girl!
