@shaebear1 no the sole is foam! I thought the same thing but bought them anyway. they are super quiet. I'm only selling this pair because they're too big but I purchased them again I loved these so much!

I wear an 8 1/2 -9…my foot measures 9 3/4” long …. Can you measure the insole plz ??

@shaebear1 I am an 8-8/12 and these fit like a true 9. if you're an 8 1/2 these will fit perfectly! they were just slightly too big for me
