@dotsonem depends... altogether its pretty loose. there's ties to tighten the waist, the higher you tie the halter the more chest coverage you get... and the bustle for me made the dress hit my ankles (im 5ft 2). if you don't tie it, its very long. but you can adjust it in between that with the ties.
