New without tags! I purchased these from another, removed the tags, washed once but never wore. Perfect condition! 100% cotton. These pants are a cream color, not white, with a dark blue and light blue snowflake-like design. The measurements are approximately 15 inches at waist, but has elastic and will stretch. The inseam is 22 1/2 inches long and the rise is about 14 inches from crotch to waist. Super comfy and breathable - my favorite pj pants! These are sold out and retailed at $78.
