60's style, Free People, Smooth Operator Mini Dress or tunic. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new, because this doesn't fit me, thought it does run true to size (I'm normally a medium and this was too big). I never wore it, but it was second hand when I bought it, and it had arrived in used, but excellent condition.
