Free Poeple, 100% cotton, off-shoulder blouse in light blue. Perfect for casual or dressy wear. Very stretchy neck/shoulder line. Beautiful top with knot 3/4 arm holes. *Sold Out* in stores and online 2 call-outs!: small what looks to be a pen mark (I used the zoom lens on my camera) and I’m not quite sure what the dots are but the zoom was used for that as well) neither are visible unless you are really looking for them. Found in the last 2 pictures. I only wore to try on and it was too big so I didn’t wash it. Could probably come out with the wash. Shirt itself doesn’t even look worn.
