tiffurnys @corrie1215 Hey - They are more form fitting and have elastic on the side (hips) to conform to your shape. The ruffled leg makes them even cuter. The colors def help make these Shorts stick out. The shorts overall are AWESOME... I absolutely IN LOVE with them but they are a bit to short for what I prefer. I wish I could add 2 inches for my comfort level. UGGGGGGH!
