Hi fellow poshmarkers. I picked up this Free People shipwreck cove dress at the thrift store today. It was brand new with tags. From looking online, it looks like there way have been a slip that went with it and it also seems to be missing the string that ties up the front. However, still a gray piece. If you have this, can you tell me what the slip looks like? The store may have separated the two and I need to go back and look for it. Many thanks

myradroddy I have the same dress in a medium, the slip that is in it is sewn in. So whoever got rid of it must have cut out the slip. I absolutely love this dress it'd actually the same exact dress Misty Day wore in American Horror story "Coven"

ivyater @myradroddy this is true the original release of the dress did come with a sewn in slip but the second release of the dress from the same brand came with a cami top slip underneath I had one also because I loved Missy Day and my red one came with a cami top silk slip underneath! so if you are looking to buy a slip for it I would definitely say a spaghetti string slip or a Kami top slip would be perfect!
