Free People Scoop Neck Dress with Tulle (Size S)

Scoop Neck Dress from Free People in a size small with lots of added detail like the bead and ribbon work on the bust and tulle peeking out at the bottom hem! This dress is super flattering for all figures. Fitted through the bust/upper ribcage. The length is flirty but not revealing :) As with all Free People items I think it runs a little large.
