Free People ‘Salty Seas’ Leather Fringe Bag. Picked up this great bag BUT it was owned by a HEAVY SMOKER! I actually washed it in a lingerie bag as a test and brushed the suede after and conditioned the leather. It went into a sealed bag with baking soda but it still has some residual smell. The suede—especially at back that faces body—shoes soil/smoke discoloration. One fringe in bottom row missing. It is MUCH better shape than when I got it. If someone is able to handle perfume—that may work/help to remove any residual odor. I’m allergic to perfume so can’t try that here. Good news—it’s a great leather and suede bag for your Boho chic style. The intentionally dinged studded leather handle strap is cool.
