Free People S vintage airy white ruffle top blouse with keyhole and puff sleeve. Feminine, delicate and romantic Top part is sheer with puff long sleeves and a keyhole tie design. Button half is fitted with ruffle design. Good used condition no stains or flaws, just some parts on the neckline where a little stitching has come undone and one (possible?) tiniest snag- all shown in pics
