This adorable Rust Chevron Striped Dress by Free People has a lot going on! Its chevron pattern stripes in shades of rust and olive are just the beginning. The neckline looks almost like a cowl neck, but ties at the back like a bandanna, leaving a long "V" opening in back. The three-quarter sleeves have a sewn solid band just before the last 6 inches flare out with a split sleeve! The dress flares from the top almost like a tent style.
