cookiessoul @geogypsy68 Measuring again I'm getting 19" fully stretched. I don't usually measure that way... like it more naturally measured. Meaning just laying out without having to stretch. Hope that makes sense. It has not been worn so, therefore, never washed. Only tried on a couple times. Thanks.
