It is unlined and a pull-on style. It is a ribbed mock-neck style with padded shoulders. The padded shoulders have a stitch holding them in place but I believe you could remove if you do not like pads. The front is ruched with an adjustable drawstring closure. I only slightly adjusted the drawstring to demonstrate the ruching, it can be adjusted more or less depending on preference.
