Free People Rises in the East Skirt NWT Sz 0

NWT free people roses in the east skirt, this is so pretty, size 0 which measures 14” flat waist, about 42” longest length in back. I kept this folded in a bag, in a storage bin for awhile, never worn. A few loose threads by zipper, in last photo. Otherwise perfect! Feel free to make an offer! Im getting too old to hang on to these lovely pieces that I have but don’t wear!
