Free People Rare Festival Boho Bright Tank Dress 7

Reposhing this item I purchased from @youshinestudio. Loved it, but too small for me. Super cute dress, so wish it fit. It is a bit sheer and I would say it fits like an extra small/small. Some fraying on edges in neck and arm area, could be the style, that is how I bought it. Tag is half attached. The dress is in great condition otherwise.
