NEW!! Wore once for 1 hour! Cute all cotton tiered dress with vibrant purple, orange and white floral embroidery. Flowy sleeves and ruffled hem. Pop over head style with button back closure. This item had a black cotton slip sewn in but I cut it out entirely as it was catching on outside dress not allowing it to flow nicely. You really don’t need a liner. I wore a black cami and bike shorts underneath instead and it was perfect . As there are tiny decorative trim holes in some of the pattern seams. The fabric is not see through otherwise.
