Fully adjustable shoulder straps match the swirl detail on bottom of skirt. 100% cotton bodice and inner shell with sweet bottom flounce, and covered in a delicate dot-patterned tulle skirt and sash that can be tied in front or back. Eye-catching textured silver waistband with rose gold pearls and sequins. Smocked panel at back. Previously worn (1x) and well-cared for. Size 6. Approximately 24.5” bust, 26” length.
