Free People Open Front Tie Floral Print Minidress

Pre-owned. Free People dress size 4. Does has some signs of wear and wash. Open front tie with cutout at the stomach. A little over 3/4 sleeve length. A few snags as shown in picture one by the front bust and the left by the shoulder but not that noticeable. Has pockets, lined at the bottom. The hem did shrink a little after the wash so not best for someone tall unless worn as a top. Front length 30 1/2” across bust 15 1/2” waist 12”. Elastic band at the waistline. Hidden side zipper. Material: 100% rayon. Care: machine wash cold.
