Free People Oh My Maxi Top Dress Blue Oversized Casual Patchwork Mixed Media Small. This is so awesome!! Lightweight and movable. The size tag has been cut out, but I compared my measurements to others listed and it measures close to a size small but I feel can fit a multitude of sizes especially with the drawstring waist.
