Basically new condition, the only reason I am selling is because I have this dress in another color and XS fits me better. These dresses run big so I would say this fits more like a medium/large. The top is very stretchy and the hip area is open. It has pockets! Do not try to offer a ridiculously low amount. This item isn’t damaged and is in great condition. If you have a problem with the price I have asked for you are welcome to buy it new from the site for $30 more.
