Reposhing this item I purchased from @smithamara97. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. I removed the ruffle which created a sweetheart neckline, and removed the bells from the ties. As this item is altered, sold as is, no refunds/returns. All items are sold in pre-owned and pre-loved condition unless otherwise stated. As such, you can expect signs of normal wear.
