Elastic band at waist, which measures 14” one side flat (stretches easily to 18”!); skirt has handkerchief hem, pointed a bit in front/back, & skirt is 40” long; fitted a BIT at top & flares wider as it descends (it’s an A-line shape). Stretchy all over. Made from 100% polyester; care tag says hand wash cold/lay flat to dry. I have one of these & it’s fine to wash it on the gentle cycle- use cold water only!
