Material is 100% cotton; care tag says machine wash or dry clean? I wash mine by hand and lay flat to dry bc I want to extend its LIFESPAN! Bust measures 14” one side flat (w stretch- this material does have some); sleeves are 6.5” long. Top is 22” long in middle front & back; 18” either side.
