Beautiful detailed dress with tiered bottom and balloon sleeves - open back with button closure - size medium shown on small bust - measures 20" across chest - 31" long starting top shoulder seam to bottom - sleeve is 22" long and fitted for half the length/balloons the other half with elastic wrist - could be worn as a short dress or tunic over jeans - bottom hem swings 100" around for a full sweep - white color is stain free but with any white lightly used item, it isnt new or perfect but I wouldnt say its discolored
