What is the measurement of the waist on this dress? Trying to figure out how roomy it is!

@susanlynn225 looks like about 32in but it may be even bigger because it flows out so much! However, I did notice a small tear in the dress. I’ll add a picture. But you can’t notice when wearing. I didn’t even notice when I bought it. And can be stitched as well.
