Are the holes see through? Worried about having to wear a long camisole underneath. Also, is it too short to wear as a dress?

@_kidsposh_ it is see through, but the way the holes are located, around the breast, there is nothing to see and it is very flattering. it is too short to wear as a dress. It goes perfectly with a pair of flare jeans. Boho style.
