Free People Hair Chalk - 24 Colors!  Never been Used. Made in USA. Complete set of 24 different color hair chalks by Free People. Two chalks are broken in half (but are full pieces). Assorted colors from pinks, blues, greens, yellows, oranges, and brown hues.  Easy to apply to hair and easy to wash out!  Color streaks of your hair or tips or be creative in the artistic design you create. How to Use Hair Color Chalk: 1. Dampen the hair where you would like the colors. 2. Rub hair color chalks on the damp section of hair. 3. For longer lasting colors, straighten or curl the hair using heat. 4. For chalking dry hair, wet the pastel chalks first and then rub on your hair. To remove the hair color chalk, shampoo your hair and the colors will fade. This is not a toy.  None of the chalks have been used. Made in the USA.
