Free People Dock Street Top. A royal blue, very soft stretchy, almost sheer polyester and spandex, women’s size large, free people top. This shirt has a ruffle that runs from the front to the back. There is no fading. The pictures may look used but this is like new. In great shape. A few tiny threads pictured but not loose.
