Hey everyone! This blue Free People dress with bell sleeves and a sexy open back is perfect for that upcoming wedding or party. I purchased it with the intention of wearing it to a wedding but never did and it’s been hiding in my closet guilting me ever since. There is no size tag but I wear size small so I’m going with that.
