Adorable black romper from Free People. It's a very flowy piece with a long tie that wraps around a couple times. The deep-v has a cute knot at the bottom. Ballerina vibes with this one. It has pockets! One of the loops connecting the tie waist is coming off, but that doesn't affect the garment at all.
