A 95% rayon 5% spandex print provides the perfect lightweight feel for this fluttery tunic style piece. Unstretched, this top measures approximately 12" across the front at the bust and approximately 20" from the top of the bust to the hem. The sleeves measure 14" long, but are worn low on the shoulder right about where the top of the bust is (see photo), providing a long, fluttery sleeve feel without getting in the way of your hands.
