This Free People Mini Dress is so fun. It’s smocked and flowy and marries rocker, boho, and effortless! It has an Asymmetrical neckline, smocked to the waist, and is flowy in the skirts. Teal with repeating gold pattern, not floral. Perfect for casual everyday outings. Reposhing as I don’t love the way it fits my chest (30F).
