Free People Paradise Chambray High Waisted Cropped Pants. The color is kind of washed out in some of the pics but these are definitely light blue. Toggle and button closure. Size XS. 26" waist but elastic in waistband so can stretch to 30". 22" inseam so they are cropped and 13" rise so definitely high waisted.
