@chapisthrifts so sorry for the delay! Waist (where the elastic is, empire waist) is 15” and SO stretchy. Length from shoulder to hem is 35”. It’s bagging on top and the bust flows into the sleeves so there isn’t a bust measurement but I’m adding another picture to explain what I mean. Thanks!!
