Is this a cotton blend? Is it oversized?

@betowanda hi! There’s no tag inside the garment so I don’t know the exact material that it’s made of. It is thin so more appropriate for spring/summer weather. The sleeves are pretty fitted, so I would not describe it as oversized. I’m 5’6 and the length of it goes a little past my knees.
