Vintage polka dot fabric accent; lace-trimmed straps. Lace tie can be lose or tied. 15.5 inches across, seam to seam and 16.5 inches long. There are a few very faint discolorations (shown in last 2 photos) in both front and back. I don't think these will be noticeable when worn. Smoke and pet free home.
