Excellent Condition, Free People Blouse Size XS. The blouse is dark, navy blue with a lovely red and yellow print across the lapel and at the wrists. The rest of the blouse has a light white continuous print that looks something like paisley. There is a string around the collar which can be used to tie a cute little bow at the collar or left loose for a laid back vibe.
